The Group had tried many different ways of solving their marketing needs both internally and externally, but struggled to find ways of making the costs justify the returns until we became involved.

We commenced working with them nearly four years ago and have rapidly taken on more and more projects in a variety of different marketing areas.

Hays PLC

One of the largest recruitment companies in the UK had a significant problem in filling vacancies in the senior IT arena, particularly high paying contract work.

The gap was proving highly demotivating for the staff in this field, targets were being missed and the company’s reputation was suffering with their clients.

Amvoc developed a points based incentive scheme which allowed the recruitment consultant to source a wider range of independent IT contractors by providing ongoing distance learning to those contractors who committed to work for Hays only for a period of time.

Visit England is the relatively new name for the English Tourist Board.

Visit England were developing a new profile across the country providing a contemporary image of holidaying in England.

Amvoc began working with Visit England with a piece of market research work initially carried out to determine how best to communicate and therefore market the various attractions throughout the UK.
