Where We Started, Where We Are Now?

Amvoc was founded in 2010 by one of the former owners of a Global Virgin Brand.

Initially starting from a very small office in Dacre, in the Yorkshire Dales, the company began telemarketing in the legal sector, assisting two major law firms grow their business in the commercial sector.

Within eighteen months we had outgrown our first home and began adding new facilities and experienced staff.

Initially two other offices in Pateley Bridge, then a much larger unit, New York Mills (near Summerbridge).

From eight talented telesales professional to eighteen, then thirty five, then sixty five!

Now working in both business to business and business to consumer telemarketing we quickly established ourselves as a very professional and reliable supplier of inbound and outbound services.

2015 saw the opening of a new Head Office in Harrogate – where we now employ 80 plus staff offering inbound and outbound telemarketing services in both B2C and B2B environments.

Recognizing the huge demand for international telemarketing services and account managers with various language skills, we opened a new division of the business that now helps a variety of European and global partners develop their brands and services throughout the world.

As our business began to rapidly expand, we decided to invest significant sums in operational and support functions by opening new departments within the company:

Compliance Team

A new compliance team of five full time professionals was added in early 2016 to handle and supervise all quality control.

Spot checks as well as routine examination of all sales calls, appointment bookings and lead generation pitches.

Operations Team

We expanded our operations team to four full time personnel dealing with everything from sourcing data to compliance, security, facilities, health & safety, telephone, CRM and dialler systems.

IT Team

We now employ four full time internal office based I.T. professionals to assist us with the day to day operation of our telemarketing teams.

Managing all networks, databases, servers, IT hardware, software, emails, resilience monitoring and regular testing of all.

New Leeds Office

2018 – We opened a new state of the art facility in Leeds – this office is able to accommodate 120 further staff – The company now needs major expansion of all telemarketing departments.
