Amvoc is currently recruiting dynamic, enthusiastic and highly driven individuals to further strengthen our existing telemarketing team.
Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
In fact there are only a few things we do insist upon – integrity, hard work ethic, the ability to smile no matter what we face and the guarantee that we always give 100%.
Working with a variety of clients from the world famous Virgin Balloon Flights to lesser known family concerns, our objectives must always remain the same – consistently over deliver with the minimum of fuss.
We will only work for reputable businesses that have a genuine need for our services and will benefit from our expertise. If we believe we cannot deliver we will not get involved in any campaign.
We have clients all over the world and currently provide their telemarketing services from UK offices based in Harrogate, Leeds and Manchester, with a London office planned for January 2020.
Amvoc does not believe in assuming aggressive or hard sales tactics as we believe that this is not the right way to develop solid long term business relationships.
Working from one of our offices in Harrogate, Leeds or Manchester, your normal office hours would be 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with the option of overtime, on evenings and weekends.
You will be entitled to 20 days holiday plus statutory days (all Bank Holidays), plus one additional day holiday for every year served up to a maximum of 25 days holiday, plus pension and life assurance after a qualifying period.
You also have the option to accrue an unlimited amount of additional holiday by working overtime and taking these days in lieu.
We are closed over the Christmas holidays but there is the option over overtime if desired.
Employees at Amvoc need to be confident, persuasive, computer literate and possess good communication skills.
New recruits without any telemarketing experience start on a basic salary of £17,000 to £18,750 per annum.
They are likely to earn a further £3,000 to £12,000 in bonuses – with the variance dependant on the department they work in and how quickly they learn our profession.
Experienced telemarketing professionals will start on basic salaries of £19,250 to £26,250 per annum.
Most will add anywhere between £8,000 and £32,000 to this salary – dependent on product or service sold and level of expertise.
