For the majority of our clients, Amvoc has to carefully selected data that is appropriate and relevant for our client’s needs. This, however, was not the case with Tropical Travel as they were able to provide Amvoc with a full database which was immediately loaded onto our customer relationship management system. Amvoc does take the data protection laws extremely seriously and stores all of our client’s data, in accordance with data protection laws, in our state-of-the-art database management system.
The three telesales executives responsible for following up the email promotion that had been launched by Tropical Travel had to become familiar with the offers available prior to starting the campaign.
